I went to Dr. Yadidi because my back has been hurting for a long time. The attention has been very personalized; he takes the necessary time for the session to be effective. I visited Dr. Yadidi For my neck pain, which was affecting my daily life. I had limited range of motion, stiffness, and shooting pain when I turned my head to the right. After thorough assessment, Dr. Yadidi explained the cause of my pain and the treatment plan. He performed gentle adjustments, and gave me some exercises to do at home. After several sessions, my symptoms have resolved almost entirely. I have much better range of motion and no more pain. One of the best chiropractor/sports medicine professionals I’ve worked with. Very honest and personalized care that incorporates. Dr. Addidi taught me physical therapy exercises and stretches to do at home to help improve my posture and prevent injury. I am Dr. Sidney’s patient for 3 months. I have had very bad neck and back pain since 2016. When i decided to see a chiropractor, they were the worst ever. After 3 months, i can honestly say that i can have better sleep now. He thought me well about how to sit, how to exercise my neck to recover. I first started seeing Dr. Yadidi when I was almost 9 months pregnant. I had really bad pelvic pain that had started some time during my second trimester. I had tried massage and physical therapy but they never helped. One day i was online and came across an article about the webster technique during pregnancy. Prior to this I had never seen a chiropractor in my life but I was ready to try anything to atleast ease the pain and discomfort. I looked up chiropractors near me that do the webster technique and that’s how I found Dr. Yadidi. When i went in for my appointment he asked questions, gave suggestions and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I had two adjustments a week for 3 weeks but I had already felt a major difference after the first week. I honestly feel like this also helped me go in labor and made it a whole lot easier. I had a safe vaginal birth at 38 weeks. I wouldn’t have believed that chiropractic care could help if I hadn’t witnessed it myself. After giving birth and after my OBGYN cleared me, I started seeing Dr. Yadidi for back pain and he helped me a lot with that too. If you’re thinking about getting chiropractic care for whatever reason, just go ahead and call Dr. Yadidi.
